MR SAJJAD HUSSAIN KAYANI

Kayani graduated in 2000 and he was called to bar in 2002 and admitted as a solicitor in 2006. He has more than nine years of practical experience in immigration, civil litigation, landlord and tenants law. He commenced his career as a immigration and civil litigation lawyer. Since 2002 he has specialised exclusively in all aspects of immigration, nationality and asylum law.
He has been a principle partner since 2007.
He has written number of Articles on human rights violations to Pakistani Lawyers and appeared in Zee News, Geo and ARY TV to raise his voice to strengthen the judicial system in Pakistan. He had the conduct of cutting edge cases in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, and High Court both for immigration and civil litigation matters.
He now has practice of private clients, and has considerable experience in immigration and civil litigation.
Kayani can speak fluently Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi languages.

MR THOMAS PURACKAL

Thomas is law graduate and called to bar in 2000. He spoke Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil fluently.
After an honours degree in law and completing postgraduate degree in International Human Rights and Immigration Law he then joined Theva Solicitors as an Immigration Advisor.
Thomas specialises in all aspects of immigration law. Thomas also covers all aspects of business and private immigration work, including work permits, businessman applications, highly skilled migrants, innovators, investors and EC Association Agreements. He has spoken at number of immigration and business seminars.
Thomas is a qualified lawyer with over nine years of experience in immigration law. He has extensive experience of all aspects of immigration law and has acted for clients ranging from individuals to major businesses.

MR Faisal Mehmood

Solicitor

His practice covers all aspects of Conveyancing, family, business and private immigration work.
He is a qualified solicitor in 2005 with over 5 years of experience in immigration law. Prior to joining Theva, Sreejith was a solicitor in Reeman's Solicitors he acted for a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to major multinationals.
Sreejith is a partner of Theva Solicitors. He spoke Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil fluently.
